Chemin de Fer also referred to as twenty one is possibly the most loved games wagered on on betting house tables. The game is played with one, two, 4, six, and 8 decks of cards. A croupier holds and deals the cards of the single and double deck games, more than two deck games are ordinarily dealt out of a box like device, which is called "shoe."

The game is based on basic mathematical calculations. If the sum of the player’s cards is greater than the croupier’s cards while not going over twenty one the competitor wins. But at the same time if a competitor’s hand goes over twenty-one that is called a "bust" and he immediately lose.

In one and two deck games games, the cards are left facing down. The players are able to hold the cards, whereas in the ’shoe games’, players are not permitted to touch the cards that are face up to him.

Chemin de fer is a card game based on interconnected events, where bigger cards left in the deck give the advantage to the gambler and the smaller denominations favor the croupier. The thrill of the game is in the shifting of advantages back and forth from bettors to dealers.

Since the gambler has the privilege to act first, the player has the advantage to stand on a hand that could go over twenty one. Although if the player and the croupier both bust, the player loses. As a consequence gamblers are advised to learn to play their cards correctly and ensure the best result, which is based on the algorithmic tactic.

The card game of chemin de fer is extremely easy to learn and even involves the use of a basic strategy chart at the table for reference, and so with a bit of effort the bettors can make right decisions.
