Blackjack Is Like A Rollercoaster

[ English ]

Blackjack is a game that somehow reminds me of a wild ride. Blackjack is a game that begins slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you slowly build up your bankroll, you feel as though you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you aren’t expecting it, the bottom falls out.

Blackjack is so very similar to a wild ride the similarities are bizarre. As is the case with the popular amusement park ride, your blackjack game will peak and things will be going great for awhile before it bottoms out one more time. You must be a black jack player that is able to adjust well to the ups … downs of the game mainly because the game of black jack is choked full with them.

If you like the petite coaster, a coaster that does not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the coaster ride is with a bigger wager, then jump aboard for the coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high rolling gambler will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because he or she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that’s terrific, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.

If you don’t, you may not naturally remember how much you enjoyed the good life while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a wicked ride and your head in the air. As you are reminiscing on "what ifs", you won’t remember how "high up" you went but you will remember that catastrophic drop as clear as day.
