I have gambled on millions of hands of twenty-one. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have played online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of money at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the game.

I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or defeat the house, however you will have a lot of fun. This method is based on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!

I wager with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original sum.

I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very exciting sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a few weeks ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You must understand that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the streaks you witness betting this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar table.

Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet

Bet $5
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10

Wager $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet

Wager ten dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Wager 20 dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the first $20 wager

Wager $20
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of $40

Bet forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the first 40 dollar bet

Bet 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet

Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original $160 bet

If you left at this instance you would be up $315 !!

It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
